Benue Links GM inspects Otukpo park, assures passengers of improved services

The General Manager of Benue Links Nigeria Limited, Comrade Alexander Aondohemba Fanafa, has paid an unscheduled inspection visit to the company’s park in Otukpo, Benue State, to assess operations and service delivery.

Fanafa, who made the visit on Friday, September 4, 2026, also used the opportunity to inspect the welfare and commitment of staff as well as the quality of services provided to passengers at the station.

The visit was aimed at ensuring that the operations of the Otukpo park conform to the company’s standards and meet the expectations of its customers.

The General Manager also assessed the level of compliance with the masses-oriented transport policies of the Governor Hyacinth Alia-led administration, particularly the provision of affordable, safe, efficient and customer-friendly transportation services.

During the inspection, Fanafa interacted with members of staff and drivers and reviewed the general operations of the park.

He stressed the need for personnel to remain committed to their duties, urging them to prioritise the welfare and satisfaction of passengers using the company’s services.

Fanafa reiterated the management’s commitment to improving service delivery across Benue Links parks, assuring passengers that the company would continue to take measures to ensure they receive value for their money.

He said regular monitoring of the company’s operations would remain part of management’s efforts to identify challenges and improve the overall efficiency of its services.

The General Manager was received at the Otukpo station by the Business Manager, Mr. Edache Joe, alongside other members of staff and drivers of the company.

The visit formed part of the management’s ongoing efforts to strengthen operations and ensure that Benue Links continues to provide reliable transportation services to the people of the state.
