Akutah meets Benue community in Kaduna, canvasses support for President Tinubu’s reelection

As part of his activities in kaduna State,  the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer Nigerian Shippers council, Dr. Akutah Pius Ukeyima, Sunday  engaged the leadership and members of Benue Community Development Association Kaduna state chapter. 

Dr. Akutah, while interacting with them, highlighted the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Benue and in kaduna states. He said both states have peculiar issues of security affecting the locals, and it is incumbent on the citizens to acknowledge the efforts of President Tinubu in solving security issues in order to close ranks with their host to combat the insecurity challenges. 

Thr Executive Secretary, in a statement by his Media Coordinator, Mr. Amande Solomon commended the Benue community for their good behavior as was attested by Reverend Solomon Adebayor, the SSA to the Governor on Resident Communities in the church, saying, it has typically explained the good deeds of a Benue man.

The Executive Secretary similarly eulogise the role played by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, who he said is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, while also urging Benue Community Development Association Kaduna state to rally more support from their kit and kin including freinds to support the reelection of the President in 2027.

On the call for Dr. Akutah to contest for the 2027 governorship, he explained that, though the momentum and calls are getting stronger everyday, for now, he is preoccupied in serving President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, but when the curtain for electionering campaigns will be raised, he will take a decision.

In his remarks, the board Chairman,  Federal Polytechnic Wannune, Chief Michael Msuaan, who has stayed in Kaduna for over two and a half decades tasks the Benue community to support their son, the SGF and Dr. Akutah Pius Ukeyima, who chose to come and interact with them.

Chief Msuaan said "Benue state is highly favored by the Tinubu administration, and it is more appropriate that anywhere any Benue person is based, the person owns President Tinubu a depth of gratitude". 

Earlier, in their separate addresses,  the President General, Benue Community Development Association, Kaduna, Chief Sunday Itodo, Ter Tiv, Chief Sylvanus  Kyanbee, Chief Innocent Onah, Chief of Etulo, Chief Abraham Odeh, Chief of Igede and Chief Ochigbo Gabriel, Chief of Idoma, all applauded the giant strides of the Executive Secretary at the Nigerian Shippers' Council.  They said that unity of purpose is one of the key and strengths, which have kept them moving in Kaduna state. 

Chief Itodo specifically noted that they have heard a lot about the philanthropy of Dr. Akutah and his quest for peaceful coexistence of people as such, "today, the Benue community in kaduna who have families in Benue state, are throwing their weight behind Dr. Akutah," saying, they will amplify the call on him to contest for the governor of Benue state in 2027 without looking back.

Others who spoke in affirmation with Chief Sunday Itodo were Hon. Dominic Otefwa, President Etulo Community Kaduna, Hon. Joshua Ode, President Igede Community, Hon. Vincent Anejue President Idoma Community, President  Tiv community, Hon Aondona Abu and the Convener, Pius Akutah Gbongbon 2027 (PAG27), Dr. Moses Aule KSM. 

The Benue Community Development Association, Kaduna also gave Dr. Akutah, an award for meritorious service to the nation.
